Did you know that most carriers NEVER pay insurance claims, even when you pay extra for it? Frequently, you have to take a damaged package to your local carrier's office to prove damage and they rarely reimburse anyone for the damage. In the event of a lost package, you're required to prove the package wasn't delivered. Seriously!
You can cover your package with our insurance option. This will cover your lost or damaged item. For lost packages, claims are not accepted until 14 days after expected delivery date. If you choose not to take this coverage, your package will not be covered by Mountain Metal Arts, and you'll have to file a claim with the carrier.
