Shipping policy
ORDER STATUS
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation number. When your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that the tracking number may take some time to start showing updates. IF YOU DO NOT ENTER AN EMAIL ADDRESS, YOU WILL RECEIVE NO UPDATES.
After your payment is verified, typical PROCESSING time is 7-9 working days, but may take longer under certain circumstances.
This is in ADDTION to shipping time. Items that are 22" and larger require at least 3 weeks processing time.
This does not include weekends or holidays.
U.S. SHIPPING
U.S. shipping on orders $115 and over is free – we will cover it for you!

Deliveries may be postponed around major U.S. holidays listed below.
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- July 4th
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day & Day After Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
Please note that customers are responsible for entering their shipping information correctly and completely. In case a carrier isn’t able to deliver a package due to typos and errors in the address, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping fees.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S.
We ship DHL outside the USA. The shopping cart will alert you to the shipping price to your country.
Please note that if a package is rejected by the customer upon an attempted delivery and eventually returned, the customer will be accountable for all additional shipping charges.
